Tim Farron MP baking with Heron Hill Primary School pupilsLocal MP Tim Farron has had his baking skills put to the test during a recent visit to Heron Hill Primary School.

Tim visited the school last week, and joined pupils in their festive baking project. A fast-paced production line saw pupils in different classes all carrying out different tasks to help produce boxes of biscuits as Christmas gifts. Tim visited various of the different stations to chat with the pupils and try his hand at the different jobs.

Tim said: "It was great to meet the pupils at Heron Hill and take part in the baking! I was very impressed by the pupils' baking skills, not to mention the efficiency of their production line! The delicious biscuits were placed in expertly-made presentation boxes, and will make lovely gifts."
