Local Liberal Democrat Councillors
The Liberal Democrats are a strong force in local government in South Lakeland. We run South Lakeland District Council, and are part of the coalition administration on Cumbria County Council. As a result, we have led the drive to increase kerb-side recycling in South Lakeland, helped create 2,440 apprenticeships for local young people and frozen council tax for four years running.
